

WHAT IS IN THE SKY for the month of May?
CHECK OUT THESE PLANETS IN THE NIGHT SKY:
Mercury-Mercury is visible low in the east in the early morning.
Venus - Venus will stand out in the morning sky.
Mars- Mars continues to be in the evening sky.Look to the southwest.
Jupiter - Jupiter rises in the late evening, look to the east=southeast.
Saturn- Saturn rises shortly after Jupiter late in the evening and is still in the sky in the morning.
Cassiopeia- the 5 stars of this one float overhead in the fall and winter.
Orion the Hunter -look to the south or southeast. You will see the 3 stars that form his belt and the red giant Betelgeuse in his left shoulder.
